The full rent and security deposit must be paid (cash or certified funds only) before keys are released. A pre-move-in inspection is conducted with photos to record unit conditions before occupancy.
Lease Enforcement and Collections
Every effort is made to collect rent promptly and enforce the lease terms using phone calls, notices, and legal action when appropriate.
Maintenance
