This Graco SnugRide car seat is in great shape and comes with the owners manual. My son never ate or drank anything in the car seat and it was never in any type of accident. It's been washed and I didn't see any stains anywhere on it. It meets all required child safety standards for infant safety. It comes with the base and fits most standard strollers.
